Commercial Contract Manager

The key responsibility of this role is to provide expert contract management services to the organization.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Contract Manager who will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients.

As a Commercial Contract Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all contracts comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and negotiate new business opportunities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all contracts meet the necessary standards and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and optimize commercial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial law and contract management principles.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
