This is an exciting role for a commercially minded individual to step into a key contracts position supporting major infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles, either from legal training or project-based contract management experience.
You will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to negotiate subcontracts, manage head contracts and subcontract agreements end-to-end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims, and commercial strategy.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complexity are essential.
- Sharp drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence, are required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
