Job Opportunity: Clinical Workforce Lead

The Clinical Workforce Lead will provide strategic direction to the Virtual Health clinical leadership and workforce support teams. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal workforce performance, supporting high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols, and driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.

This position plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing expert leadership and guidance to the clinical workforce. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management and Development:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve staff engagement and retention;
  • Sourcing and selecting high-calibre candidates for key clinical roles;
  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance staff skills and competencies;
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience and an unrestricted registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Virtual Health Services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively;
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance.
