About the Role

This position provides strategic leadership to ensure optimal workforce performance within a virtual health environment.

The successful candidate will drive high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols, and foster continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage clinical workforce teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support quality nursing care and occupational health and safety.
  • Provide consultation and liaison services to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate quality care.
  • Coordinate and maintain standards of nursing care for specific populations or groups.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Perform on-call responsibilities and participate in quality assurance programs and policy development.
