The Role

A dynamic career opportunity is available for a skilled administrator to join our Transport & Logistics team as a PM Administrator. This role involves administrative support and will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills in a fast-paced industry environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Entering consignment details into the TMS ensuring accuracy
  • Creating manifests for interstate linehaul loads each night
  • Completing dangerous goods manifests where applicable, ensuring the correct paperwork accompanies the driver
  • Completing EIPs as required
  • Processing local driver run sheets for FAA & subcontractor drivers at the end of the day
  • Providing backup support for customer service officers
  • Assisting other team members and departments as needed
  • Preparing revenue data for accounts
  • Other basic administrative and customer service duties

  • Prior transport industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
