Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for transport operations? We're looking for a PM Supervisor to oversee our evening logistics operations in Truganina, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transport services while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

As the PM Supervisor, you will take ownership of the daily coordination of our transport operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound freight, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of compliance and safety.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will perform duties including, but not limited to:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely and safe movement of goods
  • Manage shift resources efficiently to meet operational targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations
  • Lead, support and develop the PM shift team, including performance management and onboarding
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting, and communication operational issues to drive improvements

About You:

  • Minimum three years experience in transport and logistics
  • At least two years experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Sound knowledge of compliance, safety and operational procedures
  • Proficient in MS Officer and transport management systems
