About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading entertainment organisation as a Senior Industrial Relations Specialist. The role is responsible for providing specialist advice and support on Employee & Industrial Relations Compliance concerns, contributing to a major wage compliance program of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted advice and support to the business on Employee & Industrial Relations Compliance matters.
  • Work with a Workplace Insights Analyst to support industrial interpretation and quality assurance checks.
  • Offer key industrial relations insights, including reviewing employee classifications and interpreting instrument clauses and enterprise agreements.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Instrument interpretation.
  • An interest or understanding of Wage Compliance initiatives and projects.
  • Experience working in a complex organisation or employee association/legal firm.
