About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management - ordering stock, conducting cyclic counts, and performing routine stocktakes
  • Warehouse Support - preparing stock for technicians and subcontractors, maintaining warehouse organization, and repacking shelves
  • Safety - maintaining a safe workspace through organization and stock control, reviewing pallet racking for compliance, and performing maintenance on machinery (forklifts)
  • General Assistance - supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by your manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Forklift license
  • Warehouse and customer service experience with a friendly phone manner
  • Inventory Management experience - stocktake/cyclic count
  • Safety-focused
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and a hard-working attitude with a willingness to show initiative
