Employee Relations Management Specialist

About the RoleThis is a key position that requires subject matter expertise in workplace relations (industrial relations and employee relations) commitments and requirements. You'll provide leadership, oversight, management, and technical expertise for all matters relating to employment legislation and regulation, as well as workplace disputes, grievances, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise for the creation and design of frameworks in line with legislation and regulations to support a consistent approach and process for disciplinary and performance management issues.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve complex employee complaints and workplace relations issues, including grievance procedures and mediation services, in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to drive change and continual improvement in behaviours.
- Extensive experience in providing expert technical and specialised ER/IR advice, including drafting relevant documentation.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a HR Business Partnering role and/or Employment Law.
- Proven knowledge of HR and workplace issue management and employment legislation.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
