Customer Relationship Manager

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a customer's Enterprise experience both online and over the phone.
- Communicate with suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location information.
- Liaise with locations and departments to follow up on customer feedback & ensure a swift and accurate response.
- Maintain documentation and records to high standards.
