Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to manage the interface between our company and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
The role involves managing internal spreadsheets and data, keying sales orders, providing product information and advice, data entry, and marketing support. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and accurate data entry abilities.
