About The RoleWe're seeking a professional who is passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. You'll have the autonomy and support to succeed in this opportunity requiring work 3 full weekdays.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining key relationships with store staff and consumers
- Increasing sales of products across multiple stores
- Providing outstanding customer service, offering accurate and relevant product advice to customers
- Managing inventory standards and negotiating promotional displays
- Assisting in new product launches and store category reviews, providing product training for staff and consumers
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills, self-driven and display an outgoing and proactive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills (retail and hardware experience will be well regarded), basic merchandising skills will be highly valued
- Able to show initiative and problem solve
