Senior Marketing Strategist

The Senior Proposal Specialist role involves planning and coordinating marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective communication with division leaders, business development, marketing, and stakeholders to prioritize and plan strategies.
- Execution of proposals, presentations, and marketing assignments including qualifications and award submittals.
- Development of marketing campaigns, social media strategies, analyzing market data, creating targeted messaging, developing content, landing pages, and tracking ROI.
- Preparation of business development documents and assisting in marketing strategy development.
- Market research and analysis.
- Leadership in public relations, advertising, and outside events which may require travel.
- Supervision and authoring content for internal databases and websites.
- Specialty programs leadership and supervising multiple tasks and proposal teams for timely delivery.
- Assistance in training and supervising marketing staff for growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, English, journalism, or business administration.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience preferably in the AEC industry.
- Leading federal design-build proposals.
- Compliance-based proposal background.
- Familiarity with SAM, PIEE, and DoD SAFE.
- Thorough understanding of DoD terminology and procurement procedures.
