Job Summary
Campari Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key On-Premise customers within your territory, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales and distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key On-Premise customers within your territory, ensuring strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve distribution objectives, including merchandising and promotional activities.
- Provide superior customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including the Field Sales Manager NSW/ACT and National Field Sales Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in area/territory management, sales representation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the On-Premise channel and local market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
