Area Sales Manager

Amplifon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the NSW region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Team to ensure high-quality customer experiences and exceptional store presentation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the audiology or retail sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
