About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will partner with Relationship Managers to support customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance. Your role will involve providing support for Relationship Bankers through the completion of key business activities, including financial analysis and credit strategy recommendations for designated customer groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights.
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer's industry and associated markets.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends.
  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery/customer experience role.
  • Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements.
  • Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Preferably possesses an accounting or finance degree or equivalent.
