
Strategic Customer Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Partnerships professional to join our organisation at the leadership level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving strategic growth, and fostering valuable relationships across various customer segments.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from strategy and growth to sustainability and profitability, ensuring our portfolio thrives.
As the Customer Partnerships Lead, you will be assigned clients based on their stage in the sales lifecycle and your unique skill set. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and profitability for both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and drive exceptional growth within our existing and new customer portfolio.
- Relationships: Build long-term quality engagements with typically large public and private Australian organisations, developing value-based relationships and ecosystems that strategically enable you to deliver on our objectives.
- Delivery: Ensure all delivery is well planned and executed with excellence, consistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to clients (time, cost, and quality).
Requirements:
- Deep business understanding of end-to-end sales to delivery cycle.
- Ability to lead and story tell at presentations and confidently sell our offerings.
- Strong consultative, strategy and planning skills.
- Financial/commercial/contractual analysis, management, and governance.
- Demonstrated Negotiation skills.
