Customer Service Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our success and shape the development of our workforce.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via multiple communication channels
  • Managing and prioritising requests to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for clarification of technical issues

This role is based in Canberra, ACT. It involves:

  1. Answering incoming calls and delivering prompt, accurate and timely customer service
  2. Update our management system to ensure the timely rectification of building faults
  3. Escalating relevant issues to the appropriate personnel/management
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong demonstrated experience working in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation
  • Ability to interpret queries and assist appropriately
  • Demonstrated attention to detail including good keyboard skills, speed and accuracy
