Job Role: Support and Care Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support and Care Advocate to join our team. This role involves working with individuals who require support and care, promoting their dignity and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with complex care needs

  • Advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
  • Passionate about human rights and driving positive change
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and responding to customer needs
  • Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and sharing best practices
  • Willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
