In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and customized service experience for our customers. You will assist them with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer details is also crucial.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this role. A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and resilience to handle challenging situations are vital qualities. Additionally, the capacity to learn and adapt quickly is necessary for staying current with banking products and services.

This role requires flexibility, as you will need to cover branches across different locations, including Gungahlin, Canberra city, Belconnen, Woden, and Goulburn. Regular working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:15 am to 4:15 pm and Friday from 9:15 am to 5:15 pm.
