We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at EnergyAustralia. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing operational efficiency of our Applications and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure applications to ensure availability, performance, and reliability in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve incidents and requests in line with SLAs and undertake problem management, working closely with end users
  • Assist with the development of an application consolidation strategy and plan to simplify our application landscape
  • Maintain documentation of all application and integration components for support purposes in accordance with required standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including On-Site employees
  • Support System Administration functions for several key large business systems
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in ICT or similar field or comparative years of experience working with Application Support
  • ITIL or COBIT Foundation certificate or equivalent experience in Incident & Problem management
  • Azure/AWS Foundation certification (not mandatory)
  • Vendor management experience and/or good communication skills
  • Experience working with Maximo and/or Ellipse asset management systems
  • Exposure to energy industry or similar large, complex industrial environments
