We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a key member of our Application Management Services Team, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support to our Investment and Super business in Pacific.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of App Exchange applications and third-party integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices for incident and change management.
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning flows for automations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Manage user access, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in L2/L3 technical application support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for Salesforce platform.
- General knowledge in networking, Windows/Unix Server/OS, Active Directory, switches/routers, firewalls and VDI.
- A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- A willingness to cross-skill and learn about different applications across business.
- Hands-on experience on Service Now to manage incidents/change requests.
- Sound understanding of Incident Management and Change Management.
