About the Role:
We are expanding our sales team to better service our clients in Australia, seeking experienced Key Account Retention Specialists to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of tradie businesses and developing strong relationships with clients.
What You'll Achieve:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value tradie accounts, focusing on retention and growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
About You:
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Results-driven and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
