About the Role
">The Senior Engagement and Retention Manager is responsible for driving a range of deliverables that focus on Engagement and Retention across IG in Australia. This role supports the Head of Marketing in executing specific deliverables through the year that align to key strategic priorities.
">Key Responsibilities
">This includes developing and delivering all strategies and campaigns to impact active clients, engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include customer engagement strategy, campaign delivery, budget management, performance monitoring, and team leadership.
">Customer Engagement Strategy
">The ideal candidate will have existing experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within Saas or Fintech or Services, with previous hands-on experience using Salesforce. They should be able to work collaboratively, building strong relationships across various teams to achieve common goals.
">Campaign Delivery
">The successful candidate will design and implement end-to-end customer journey campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on post first trade journeys based on behavioural insights. They will manage spend within allocated budgets and provide monthly reporting on committed budgets, accruals and remaining budget.
">Budget Management
">The Senior Engagement and Retention Manager will be responsible for managing budgets and providing financial updates to stakeholders. They will ensure timely delivery of projects and meet performance targets.
">Team Leadership
">The role involves leading four direct reports across the Engagement workstream. The successful candidate will lead development planning and quarterly review process, participate in talent planning and calibration, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

">IG Group offers a competitive salary package including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
