Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager who embodies a positive and proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of executing high-quality landscape maintenance projects, adhering to industry best practices, and maintaining exemplary standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). This role involves overseeing multiple projects and providing essential support, training, and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services across various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and resources.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possession of a current Driver's License (MR or HR preferred) and White Card.
  • Landscape qualifications are highly regarded.
