Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager who embodies a positive and proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of executing high-quality landscape maintenance projects, adhering to industry best practices, and maintaining excellent standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). This role involves overseeing multiple projects across the metropolitan area while providing essential support, training, and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver landscape maintenance projects effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects and resources efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance (preferred).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and literacy.
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Current Driver's License (MR or HR preferred) and White Card.
  • Landscape qualification is highly regarded.
