**The Role**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager with a strong work ethic and a proven track record in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practices, excellent knowledge, and standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and providing support, training, and mentoring to staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance works.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation.
  • Good computer and literacy skills.
  • Current Driver's License (MR or HR) and White Card.
  • Landscape Qualification highly regarded.
