Area Manager for Landscape Maintenance

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager who possesses a positive work ethic and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of executing high-quality landscape maintenance projects while adhering to industry best practices and maintaining rigorous OH&S standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Oversee multiple landscape maintenance projects across the metropolitan area.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Exhibit a proactive approach and a strong dedication to teamwork.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong time management abilities, with skills in planning, prioritizing, and organizing various projects and resources.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation capabilities.
- The ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient computer and literacy skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong customer service orientation.
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A valid Driver's License (MR or HR preferred) and a White Card.
- A landscape qualification is highly regarded.
