About the Role

Optimised Maintenance is a leading provider of maintenance and asset management improvement services. We specialise in delivering structured maintenance improvement solutions that manage risk, develop efficiencies, and improve maintenance effectiveness.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Standards Engineer to join our team of maintenance specialists and reliability engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement LOA strategies for fixed infrastructure and product handling/yard machines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement standards for maintenance and asset management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Work with material handling equipment, including processing equipment and control systems, to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement maintenance templates, plans, and schedules.
  4. Apply a risk-based engineering approach to modification projects, ensuring safe and efficient outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning software.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring their maintenance and asset management needs are met.
Requirements
  1. Formal engineering qualifications, such as CPEng or RPEQ.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a discipline engineering role, including design engineering, construction, and audit.
  3. General requirements to work in mining in South Australia.
  4. A consultant background with client-facing experience is an advantage.
