About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to join our Aggreko Energy Services (AES) team in the Central Belt of Scotland. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring land sites suitable for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for land site identification, including feasibility assessments and due diligence.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by leading property due diligence.
  • Produce land rights budgets and programming to support project planning.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, easements, and other land rights with landowners, ensuring the best value for the project.
  • Liaise with local authorities, environmental agencies, and stakeholders to address concerns and obtain necessary consents.
  • Manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in land/right acquisition roles supporting energy developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage budgets effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
