Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assessment Officer to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As an Assessment Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the EnergyCo program.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for undertaking assessment and assurance of proposed Crown Lands activities to support the pipeline of works and compulsory acquisition of Crown land for the delivery of EnergyCo's Roadmap Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate proposed Crown Lands activities to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide assurance and recommendations to stakeholders on the suitability of Crown land for EnergyCo's Roadmap Projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of assessment activities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in land dealings, transfers, and/or property exchanges.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads.
