Operations Administration Assistant Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as a skilled Operations Administration Assistant. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to the Drilling Services Operations group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, updating rosters, processing expense claims, and performing general administrative tasks such as filing and database maintenance. Experience in mobilization admin positions, cost control, customer service, MS Office skills, and written/oral communication are essential requirements of this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Travel coordination and site entry for employees
    • Assisting with roster updates for site-based staff
    • Expense claim management and Amex/Visa reconciliations
    • General administrative duties including filing and database management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable
  • Strong commitment to cost control and financial management
  • Customer focus, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of working across multiple sites and complex business environments
