Job Title: Field Service Resource Manager

About the Role:

In our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Field Service Manager to lead and manage field service operations in Australia and support the Asia Pacific Region for compressor business.

The successful candidate will be based in Australia and will bring a strong technical background in compressors & compressor operations, excellent leadership capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence and Field Service growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all field service activities across Australia, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting of compressor installations.
  • Lead and support a regional team of field service engineers.
  • Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute service strategies to improve performance, customer loyalty, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to align & forecast field activities with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate current process and procedural effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English.

Travel Requirement:

Up to 25% travel may be required both regionally and internationally.
