Operations Excellence Manager

The Operations Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an audit schedule to ensure regular internal audits of staff and contractors.
- Conducting detailed internal audits to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying non-compliances and developing corrective action plans to address deficiencies and monitor implementation.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Evaluating operations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and contractual requirements.
In order to be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence sector or a large multi-site organisation.
- Proven experience in audit management and conducting internal audits.
- A strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
