Job Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotels, supporting venue managers across all departments, and ensuring consistency of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations;
- Manage financial performance, maintaining tight cost controls to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability;
- Review and approve payroll, invoices, supplier payments, and work with Managers to achieve target margins;
- Travel regularly to each venue, with increased involvement during peak seasonal periods;
- Manage HR functions, providing support across all venues and confidently resolving staff issues as they arise;
- Form and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in senior hospitality management, ideally within multi-venue hotel operations;
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate large and diverse teams;
- Expertise in financial and budget management, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements;
- Excellent stakeholder management, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
