Seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in a dynamic role where you can make a real impact on operational excellence.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for managing complex contracts, governance processes, and operational activities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively while working both collaboratively and autonomously.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience engaging diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Management: Ensuring consistent contract management, preparing reporting dashboards and regular reports, processing Modifications and Minor Works requests, maintaining registers, attending correspondence, and attending operational meetings.
  • Governance Support: Preparing Board and Committee minutes, supporting governance processes, and assisting with reports such as the Modern Slavery report.
  • Legal Assistance: Supporting discovery requests, coordinating with external lawyers, and assisting with legal disputes as required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, financiers, and shareholders to address queries and operational issues.
  • ESG Initiatives: Contributing to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) projects by creating case studies and social media content.
  • Finance Support: Assisting with invoicing queries related to Modifications and Minor Works.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar position (4+ years preferred).
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated success in managing complex contracts.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced), Power BI, Canva; exposure to Aconex, Intralinks, or Complispace is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
  • Multitasking Skills: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Initiative: Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
