Job Title:

Organizational Change Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Manager to drive HR transformation initiatives and improve employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current team structures and design future state organizational frameworks
  • Develop org designs and people capabilities for Years 1 and 2
  • Document job roles to align with transformation outcomes and new ways of working
  • Facilitate evaluation processes to grade, size, and remunerate new roles
  • Create role mandates for new or amended roles and team mandates for all teams
  • Lead workforce transition activities for the teams
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as an HR business partner
  • Experience designing new organizational structures and job roles
  • Working knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
