  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Develop the skills and knowledge of junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Contribute to Sales Efforts: Participate in RFPs, scoping calls, estimate creation, and oral presentations to support business development.
  • Support New Hires: Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires as a Training or Culture Buddy for the OC&T practice.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Workday Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Workday implementation and management.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading 1-3 end-to-end organizational change projects.
  • Certifications: Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an asset.
