The Director of Organizational Transformation is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive transformational change across the enterprise. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

  • Collaborates with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develops targeted initiatives to address gaps
  • Provides thought leadership on organizational design, change management, and process improvement
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives, driving meaningful change, and achieving sustained results
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and collaborating with senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
