We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Ambassador to provide exceptional service experiences at our offices in Sydney. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering warm and welcoming hospitality, ensuring that all employees and visitors feel valued and respected.

The Guest Services Ambassador will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Greeting visitors and managing check-ins with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services;">
  • Coordinating with security to maintain a safe environment and ensure seamless guest experiences;">
  • Assisting with event setup, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support;">
  • Coordinating high-level visits and personalized experiences for executives and key clients;">
  • Collecting feedback, implementing improvements, and enhancing guest experiences;">
  • Working with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives;">
  • Maintaining visitor records, preparing reports, and managing guest-related activities;">

Key Requirements:

- Experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or corporate concierge roles;

- Flexibility to accommodate varying hours and weekend events as needed;

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;

">

- Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions;

">

- High-quality interpersonal and communication skills;

">

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (rotating roster);

Location: On-site –Sydney, NSW.
