Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Service Ambassador. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of our brand and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our guests.

As a Guest Service Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome all guests, provide recommendations on local attractions and events, and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience during their stay with us.

You will be responsible for handling general enquiries and concerns, assisting with guest luggage for arrivals and departures, and maintaining high standards of service quality throughout the property.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting is advantageous. You will also possess a warm, people-orientated demeanour, impeccable grooming and presentation, and a passion for creating memorable first and last impressions.
