We are currently seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Revenue Growth Specialist. This exciting role involves driving revenue expansion through the acquisition of new clients within the ANZ region.

This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage industry expertise to address the specific needs of these sectors and position Ideagen's SaaS solutions effectively.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets within the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors.

  • This includes identifying high-potential prospects in the ANZ region and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Mining, Utilities, and Construction is crucial to succeed in this role.

  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

  • They will conduct thorough client needs assessments and deliver tailored SaaS solutions through compelling demonstrations and presentations.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams is essential to align sales efforts with campaigns, market demands, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline activities, and providing regular forecasts and performance reports to management are also critical responsibilities.

  • The ability to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies while participating in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge is also necessary.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on the Mining, Utilities, or Construction sectors is required.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with SaaS solutions is necessary.

  • A strong understanding of the Mining, Utilities, and Construction industries, including their unique challenges is essential.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, utilizing a consultative sales approach are necessary.

  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and MEDDPICC is required.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and within a team is essential.

  • Williness to travel within the ANZ region as needed, with a valid driver's license and passport is also necessary.
