Revenue Growth Specialist

Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets across the Victoria territory. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers while building strong external agency relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow the company's footprint with agencies and clients.
  • Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions.
  • Lead major pitches and negotiations, including escalation management.
  • Maintain deep relationships with senior agency leaders and client decision-makers across Victoria.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced sales leader with at least 7+ years leadership experience across multiple sales streams. You must possess strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies, excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
