About the Role

At Atlassian, we're driven by a shared goal: to empower every team to achieve more. As a Scaled Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our customers succeed in their Atlassian cloud journey. Your primary focus will be on showcasing the value of Jira Service Management (JSM) to Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer engagement, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and capturing valuable customer insights to optimize our sales model.

Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer interactions through various channels, including chat, email, Zoom, and phone, to deliver a personalized and positive experience.
  • Value Demonstration: Effectively communicate the benefits of Atlassian products and services to SMB customers, highlighting opportunities for revenue growth and maximizing customer value.
  • Capture Insights: Gather valuable customer feedback, trends, and pain points to inform product and marketing strategies, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of growing SMB or enterprise accounts. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales environments and be comfortable managing a high volume of leads and opportunities across various channels. A customer-centric mindset, a do-it-right attitude, and the ability to work in a distributed environment are essential for this role.
