Job Description

The UX / Digital Copywriter is a vital part of our Marketing team, focusing on creating engaging content that elevates the user experience for Montu's B2C services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Copy Director and Head of Brand to provide UX copy support across a range of Montu marketing channels.
  • Write and edit clear, concise and persuasive copy for web pages, eDMs, mobile apps and other digital interfaces.
  • Deliver messaging strategies and supporting comms across a range of marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle email communications through strategic content development.
  • Craft engaging and concise marketing eDMs, blogs, website content & app microcopy that resonate with the target audience.
  • Review and update support articles and UX copy to provide accurate and user-friendly information.
  • Ensure best practice standards are met and adhered to across all communications and channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategies for campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach a broader audience.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX Copywriter or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX / Digital writing and content strategy skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
  • Creativity and storytelling prowess, adaptable to different tones and styles.
