Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and brand vision.
  • Lead a team of content creators, editors, and strategists to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Drive audience engagement and growth through data-driven content decisions and SEO best practices.
  • Enhance carsales' presence on social media platforms and in video content through innovative and engaging content formats.
  • Prioritize SEO in all content initiatives to ensure increased visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation, strategy, and management, with a strong background in digital media, publishing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across key social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience integrating content strategies with digital product and UX teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to execution, with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
