About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Strategist to lead the development of customer content across our core digital platforms, including the Origin app and website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of compelling and distinct content and communications for our customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Drive customer happiness and digital deflection results with content strategy, creation, and execution.
  • Bring new products and services to market, including chatbots and new digital products, to drive digital adoption.
  • Take ownership of Origin brand guidelines and brand voice and act as one of the key Brand Guardians to ensure our brand voice is applied consistently across all touchpoints and executions.
  • Apply customer-centric and design thinking, including using analytics and testing, to optimize content that drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the Help and Support CMS platform governance and optimization to ensure compliance with design system standards across the website.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in dedicated content design roles, with experience mentoring others.
  • Fluency and high competency with WordPress.
  • A tertiary qualification or industry experience in marketing, design, communications, or similar.
  • Experience in a UX/CX environment using design-centered thinking.
