Head of Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content to join our Marketing Leadership team at carsales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a content strategy that drives audience engagement and growth across all channels, including social media, video, and SEO.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and strategists to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies with digital product and UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences and consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to continuously refine and optimise content strategies for maximum impact, SEO effectiveness, and ROI.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, strategy, and management, with a strong background in digital media, publishing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across key social media platforms, with measurable results in audience engagement and growth.
- Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience integrating content strategies with digital product and UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences and consistent brand messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to execution, with experience in budget management and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
