  • Oversight of our compliance processes is essential to meet all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and updates of policies, procedures, and forms in line with regulatory changes are crucial for this role.
  • The Compliance Officer will conduct internal audits, validations, and continuous improvement activities to ensure our training and assessment strategies meet compliance requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reporting via AVETMISS, PRISMS, and other regulatory systems.
  • Supporting trainers and assessors with compliance documentation and guidance.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in an RTO compliance or administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
