Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead training and assessment initiatives within a Registered Training Organisation in Australia's education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Business qualification, substantial experience in vocational industries, and expertise in competency-based training environments.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Award-winning diploma equivalent or tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry, including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in competency-based training environment
  • Relevant industry experience
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business management experience (1 year preferred)
  • Training and Assessment Certificate (preferred)
